Welcome to our first 69 minute challenge prompt everyone!

They will be short, one word themes that you can take in any possible direction. The standard rules apply where you can go wild with proper tagging, and like any other prompt you can submit this whenever you`d like as long as it`s properly categorized. The one extra rule is that you should accomplish the full piece in roughly 69 mintes (don`t overkill your hands though!)

Our first prompt is Weapon.

You may have read the entires in Encyclopedia Eorzea about certain weapons passed through the years and the various heroes they have belonged to.

What does this mean to you, writers? Show us what you`ve got!

This week`s prompt is a beta test for the new trust system! Except our subjects don`t seem to have a choice, they have to work with the person they like the least!

Stuck in the middle with you
Write about two or more characters (WoL/NPC, NPC/NPC, WoL/WoL, etc) who are an unlikely pair that are unfortunately tasked with having to work together for the sake of the greater good. They can't back out, so how will they make this work?

This prompt runs from today (5/5) to next Sunday (5/12) at 12 PM PST/3 PM EST/9 PM CET. Late submissions are allowed as long as they are properly indicated.

 Happy maintenance day everyone! I definitely have nothing to do but write today, and I`d love to hear from you all from our very first Prompt Suggestion Post for what you`d like to see included in our weekly and 69 minute themes!

Anything goes as long as you keep the following rules in mind:
1. All prompts themselves are SFW (although you may interpret them any way you wish~)

2. Our prompts are as wide as possible to allow writers in any expansion to have fun and contribute!
For example instead of the prompt of "Kugane" you can suggest "favourite city-state" so players who have accessed Kugane can write about it, or if they`re as far as ARR, can write about one of the three they`ve visited.

FAQ
1. Do I have to write about my/a WoL?
No, you can write entirely about canon characters!

2. Are late submissions allowed?
Yes! Feel free to write to any older prompt, just please note which one in your author's notes!

3. Do I have to cross post?
It is not required to post in every collection but we would like to include all of our members in at least one of the two. Be it dreamwidth or ao3, you may pick one or the other, or both if you'd like. We want to show off everyone's work!

4. Can submissions contain gore or NSFW content?
Yes, as long as it is tagged and rated appropriately.

Rules
1. We absolutely do not tolerate any bashing of anyone's content. We employ a strict policy of don't like, don't read. Someone's pairing not your cup of tea? Don't like their writing or characterization? Keep it to yourself. This is a discourse free zone.

Questionable themes and content are not forbidden, but keep in mind everyone must comply with the following rule:
2. You are required to tag your work thoroughly and appropriately. Include a rating and any potential triggers so that people may avoid the content if needed.
